Flowers Delivery, Shipping and Returns
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that orders made after 2 pm, can only delivered the next day. Due to multiple variables, including traffic in Miami, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery timeframe by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred timeframe. In addition, you are always welcome to call to call us so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.
We offer hand delivery to every Miami Areas. For hand-deliveries outside of Miami, a fee will be applied. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
Le Boutique Royal ships ONLY via FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. Overnight Shipping is FREE for ALL LBR Customers during the week, UNLESS the customer requests a SATURDAY DELIVERY, which costs $12.99. We do not ship to PO boxes.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 1 (786) 708-8877 or emailing at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales concluded at Le Boutique Royal are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@LeBoutiqueRoyal.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Le Boutique Royal.
